Charging the Little Rascals with Sexual Harassment

Last time, we brought you the good news that the State and City of New York will now enforce regulations that require businesses to provide "sexual harassment" training to all employees. Today we join these wise political leaders we're charging the Little Rascals with sexual harassment. For those of you unfamiliar with the Little Rascals, you can find episodes of that venerable show on YouTube. For those of you unclear about the specifics of sexual harassment, the EEOC - the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission - provides a definition HERE. The specific section which we use as the basis of our charge is:

Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person’s sex. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general.

As for our proof, one only has to witness the episode known as The He-Man Women Haters Club. If the title isn't enough to convince you of the guilt of this group of misogynists, here's the actual section we submit as material evidence.

The enthusiastic, unanimous response of the entire group clearly condemns the lot of them. Note especially, however, that one individual - Alfalfa - was apparently the worst offender. This main character in the series is no longer with us, so we can't exact any particular retribution on him. However, perhaps one of you might consider a petition to Hollywood to remove the Little Rascal leader who presided over this disgraceful meeting - Spanky McFarland - from the Hollyood walk of fame.

A dark star has fallen!
