A Man Who Saved Many Lives - Maybe Even My Own - Has Left For Greener Pastures

Last week a man who saved many lives during the Pandemic Mess left for greener pastures - a gentler way to say he died. He saved many lives before he died. His work, which will be continued by others, will likely save many more. He may even have saved my own life. More on that later.

Yes, I realize that the markets have been a virtual disaster for many of us. I know the economy continues to sink towards (or is already in) recession, despite claims it remains strong. I understand the stress this causes for those of us who rely on financial assets to keep us above water in meeting our obligations, or funding a retirement. We'll have more to say about all that another time. But this man's decease is simply too important to ignore.

Back to our subject. He fought a rare form of cancer since 2018. The initial diagnosis he received was that the cancer was terminal. He fought as long as he could, knowing what he was facing. Impressive simply witnessing such a struggle. But the struggle was accompanied by extraordinary efforts to serve his community during the worst medical crisis of our times. He was a medical doctor serving the Orthodox Jewish community where he lived when the Pandemic Mess broke out.

He struggled against his own dread disease, one that he must have known would eventually claim his life, as he saved the lives of others struggling against another dread disease. And yet not a word was reported of his passing in any of the typical major media outlets.

The man is Vladimir Zelenko. If you don't know him, if you're not aware of his role in saving lives, you might try to search online. There's plenty of him out there. But if you do a search beware: He's one of the good who came under strenuous attack by the powers that be. They did, and continue to do, everything they could and can to obliterate his name. And because his name was not easily obliterate-able, they used every method of detraction to besmirch his name. Be wise and ignore such detraction.

The fact is, this man created one of the first methods of early treatment for Covid. Of the thousands he treated, only 3 died because of his treatments. And those he saved included the old and the immuno-compromised.

He then made every effort to communicate what he was doing - despite the rising and vicious attacks. He helped other doctors - the few courageous ones who tried to treat their patients in the face of the overweening threats of the government, the medical establishment and the venal, vicious media that carried their water. Others have estimated that his efforts saved thousands of others, if not hundreds of thousands. Some, factoring in those who followed his lead, will talk of millions.

He even contacted the President of the United States at the time. It was that contact, it is believed, that led to said President bringing up the possible use of a particular drug, a reference for which that President was ridiculed viciously. That drug, one of those that Dr. Zelenko used to save lives, was banned across the country by the medical establishment. Dr. Zelenko forged on in the face of all that. Too bad the President at the time didn't take a stand more vocally, more publicly.

If it's still available, there's a Twitter feed of tributes that brought tears to my eyes. From there you can find videos Dr. Zelenko made, a history of his efforts, and links to the commercial treatments he created that purport to boost your immunity to keep you healthy. There's just too much about what he did once the Pandemic hit to try and repeat it all here.

There's not enough you can say about this remarkable man. But let's try by adding two more items.

First, he was a man of God. As an Orthodox Jew, he believed in God. If his public pronouncements can be believed, he believed with his whole mind, his whole heart, his whole soul. He believed until the end. He faced the attacks during his life without fear because of that belief. He faced death square on with the strength of that belief. We all can learn a lesson from him in what believe in God really means, how it should manifest itself in our thoughts, words and deeds in this world.

Item #2 is personal, that with all the lives he demonstrably saved, he may even have had a hand in saving my own life. Why?

When the Mess struck, as it unfolded, our family was affected in various ways, as were many of you. But we were blessed. Despite the claims by the government and the medical establishment that there was nothing we could do - besides masking and social distancing - to protect ourselves, we ignored all that. We found ways to protect ourselves. We began taking daily supplements, guided primarily by a family member who researched and could help us determine what might be best for us in our particular circumstances.

Here's how Dr. Zelenko fits in: We were additionally blessed by becoming aware of his efforts. We started following him, listening to the public messages he provided. His words reinforced what we were doing. Our family member was not a doctor, did not treat anyone. He's simply super-smart and capable of understanding the aspects of the disease and what could be done to protect against those aspects. Dr. Zelenko was a doctor and did treat patients. His recommendations, and those he continued to make over the ensuing years, reinforced what we were doing. I think I would have been confident in what we did, but this extraordinarily capable, intelligent, and caring individual gave an extra oomph to the confidence we had in how we handled the potential threat.

Oh, and one last comment: He understood the threat to humanity that the policies pursued by the government and the medical establishment posed. He wasn't shy about telling us all about these. Others said similar things, so he wasn't alone in his assessment of the threat from the mRNA so-called vaccines. But he was one of the first to trumpet that threat loud and clear, all based on his professional expertise, all loud and clear because of his courage, supported by his faith in God.

While the threat caused by the jabs still exists, there are things we can do to protect ourselves from what has already started to manifest itself. Dr. Zelenko also addressed this. In the end, though, he had unshakable confidence that God will prevail, that evil will be vanquished by good. We can only hope he is right.

Thank you Dr. Zelenko for all you did for humanity, for all you did to protect me and our family. God bless you and keep you.
