Boston Terror Attack - What We Know

The first thing to know about the Boston terror attack - besides the fact that it is a terrorist attack - is that first reports are usually false or misleading. I'm not saying I'm not watching my TV, as many of you must be doing as well. But information right after a terror attack simply isn't accurate.
