So, the Chinese embrace free markets, right? The whole Communist thing isn't really the point, right? You know, rule of law, that's important now in China, isn't it? That's why investors plunk their money down in the good old "People's Republic" with the perfectly reasonable expectation of making a profit, taking advantage of the growth of this powerful 2nd largest economy in the world...right?
The new leader of the Chinese government not only stays in Mao's old haunt, but speaks of Mao in a most positive manner - the same Mao who is responsible for the killing of somewhere between 40 - 60 million of his own people.
Yes, China is a good place to invest your money, wouldn't you say?

Opening a new exhibition there that makes no mention of the millions who died under Mao's leadership, Mr. Xi declared that the villa should be a center for educating youth about patriotism and revolution.Okay, now that you just read this paragraph, now imagine Merkel deciding to spend some time in Berchtegaden (Hitler's home in the German countryside) or Putin announcing he was going to hang out in Stalin's favorite dacha. What, you can't imagine them doing that? It's preposterous that these current world leaders would connect themselves with their evil, totalitarian predecessors who butchered millions, isn't it. But apparently it's not preposterous for this current Chinese leader to do so.
