Long Commutes and Fetal Body Parts

Maybe these extra long commutes are due to summer. Is the electric utility cutting the juice, slowing down the subway? Whatever the reason, tack on 30% more time getting in.

And maybe the 30% extra time's the reason I found the time to think about, and so now comment on the fetal body parts reports, even though I missed the first couple of days where this stuff made the rounds. (It's juz 'cuz of my practice of keeping the media at bay soz I'm not constantly reacting to what they put out as important and urgent, cuz most of it isn't.) Having focused on the subject, since this one really actually should command our attention, that 30% winds up being filled with a combo of dire and sad thoughts and feelings. How could our world have gotten to this point? People not only selling body parts harvested as a result of their abortion business, but being able to discuss the subject over lunch, even joking about it? But that's where things really do stand, friends. They really do.

Then again, getting to this point more or less follows the very fundamental logic of Planned Parenthood, doesn't it? After all, this organization continues to be inspired by founder Margaret Sanger, and grew up under the steady hand of her son. And while the supporters of Ms. Sanger have somehow portrayed her as some sort of boon for the female gender, you must know that she wanted to reduce, actually eliminate, the black population of America, along with any other groups she considered inferior. Her method of choice was contraception and abortion. You do know that, right?

And you do understand that this fine paragon of feminist virtues was one of the preeminent preachers and practitioners of what was known at the time as "eugenics," a term that has been quietly put to bed ever since the Nazis grasped the wonders of its utility in advancing their evil agenda. At one time the term was considered respectable. Eliminating "unworthy" or unwanted life seemed like a good way to promote the well-being of society - at least those who weren't condemned to death. Of course, the Nazis didn't waste time with the contraception and abortion approach. They went right for sterilization, euthanasia, outright murder, and, eventually, genocide - all of which were official tools of the eugenicists who promoted all this in their writing and political activity before the Nazis spoiled their fun.

You do know all that, don't you?

So now it all seems rather like a simple logical progression. Having succeeded in making their "birth control" business - which, if you don't know it thrives and prospers on abortion - respectable, this Planned Parenthood has simply taken the next step forward by dissecting and selling the dreadful product of their eugenicist enterprise.

Now that I think about it, why did any of this even surprise, no less shock me.

Oh, and on that point about how they "prosper" from their abortion business: You notice how they keep repeating that they don't make a "profit" from the sale of these fetal body parts? The reason they keep repeating this isn't because it's true and they want the truth to prevail over false accusations. They repeat it because a few folks have noted that, as a non-profit, they don't make profits. So saying they don't profit is simply a tautology: "A non-profit doesn't profit."

You do realize that, don't you?

The repetition, rather than a defense to truth, is simply the same technique the Nazis perfected all those years ago. Keep repeating a lie, the bigger the lie the better. They knew that by repeating the lie enough time, enough people would eventually accept it as true - simply through the repetition.

Yes, I realize that when you put it in that simple way, it does seems preposterous. But, really, that's what they do and, really, it does work, as proven by the Nazis - as proven again by Planned Parenthood. That's just how these eugenicists work. The key is to know that the more outrageous the lie, the better it works.

Now, in case some of you reading this have never heard of eugenics, and perhaps think these comments are false or at least exaggerated, I would urge you to read up on the subject. Eugenics, as a movement, began in the U.S. and Great Britain in the late 19th century and really picked up adherents in the early 20th. It laid the groundwork for the Nazi death camps. Again, it was once something discussed openly in polite circles and proffered a way (albeit a false, evil way) to "improve" the lot of the majority of human beings. While not spoken of openly, the philosophy or mentality that drove the original eugenicists continues to affect our world today.

And that's just what Planned Parenthood has proven by dissecting and selling fetal body parts.
